I am pancake/pikelet addicte...Lisa, you are evil! I am pancake/pikelet addicted and will HAVE to try these recipes. I usually put a pinch of baking powder in for extra fluffiness, I'll have to try the vinegar now. And the oat pancakes. I LOVE oats, will have to try that one too.
