Decluttered Dresser

As promised I have taken an after pic (now that I have found my camera).

My next mission is my scrapbooking cupboard & desk - have remembered to take before photos this time.

Will report on my progress later, off to tackle it some more and stop procrastinating!

Hi Lis,
Your dresser looks lovely. I really like the colour of the wall in the background too.

It looks lovely, Lis. I love the blue wall, it's a very pretty blue. Is that little butterfly cup a candle holder?

Tracy - the wall is actually purple - can't remember the exact colour although I have it somewhere in a scrapbook if anyone is interested :)

Busy - I spent a few hours yesterday tackling it, but off to work today so it might be a few more days before I post the finished pictures!

Rhonda - Yes it is candle with my name on it and it also says " She has a great will to succeed, Likes to keep things simple". My Mum bought it for me a few years ago and I love it and the words on it :)

Lis, love your work. Now if only I could find my bedside table...I know it's there somewhere. BTW - can you link to your beetroot relish recipe? I looked but couldn't find it and am desperate for something else to do with my beets. Lisa x

Your dresser looks so pretty Lis. I've been decluttering too. Makes me feel like I'm back in control of things. :-)

Love it; you have done a great job. I have to organise all my scrapping supplies as I could not find the glue this morning and will now need to buy some more.

Thank you everyone for commenting and for all being inspired to declutter something at your house. I forgot to mention that I did also sort through my costume jewellery and gift some onto friends who I knew would wear the pieces I no longer wanted. Some of the other items in the jumble were rehoused to more appropriate places.
Hoping to have the scrapping table/area finished today and post the pictures tonight.
